Condition scale is as follows...
NM (Near Mint): No creases, only minor imperfections at most, such as a corner nick, minor edge nick, or slight scratch to the foil.
LP (Light Played): Card will show minor signs of play such as multiple corner nicks, edge wear, scratching to the foil or surface, or minor pinhole type dents
MP (Moderately Played): This is a card that shows significant signs of wear that can include dents, dings, edge wear, corner edges, impressions, or a minor crease.
HP (Heavily Played): This is a card that has been extremely worn and used and can include any amount of damage that would still allow it to be playable and legal in a sleeve.
DMG (Damaged): This is the lowest condition tier. Anything here goes including creases, inking, dents, and the card is generally not playable in official events.
